DISCLOSURE ON THE NEWSLETTER FORM WITH JOINT OWNERSHIP

Information pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation on the processing of personal data (GDPR – REG. U.E. 679/16)

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/16 you are provided with the following information on the processing that may be undertaken following the filling in and sending of the data in the form you are about to complete.

The joint ownership agreement stipulated by the Data Controllers concerns the processing of personal data necessary for the purposes described below. The Data Controllers will make further information available at the request of the interested party.
The data in the form will be used by the Joint Data Controllers, following your expression of consent to the processing of personal data, for the following purposes:

• To send our newsletter (or our commercial communications);
• To conduct profiling on you as an individual based on the information provided.

The aforementioned purposes will be pursued following your optional expression of consent in the manner indicated on the page for the collection of your data. We remind you that the data marked with the symbol * (asterisk) must be provided in order to use the services you intend to request; if these data are not filled in, it may not be possible to provide you with these services and the data themselves may not be acquired, as may be indicated during the filling in procedure. The filling in of the other data in the form is optional and you are free to evaluate whether to fill them in or not.

The data communicated by you may be disclosed by the data processors of the Data Controllers involved in the performance of the services requested or in the technical management of the site (limited to cases in which this proves indispensable) and to any parties involved in conducting the same activities as data processors.

In addition, the data communicated will not be communicated to third parties.

The data will be kept until your request for cancellation, and, in the case of regulatory obligations, may be kept in specific archives for the period strictly necessary for these purposes.

We remind you that you are entitled to exercise the right to ask the Data Controllers for access to your personal data, the rectification or erasure of the same, or for restrictions in the processing that concerns you and to oppose such processing, in addition to the right to data portability; you can exercise these rights using the contact details above.

The expressed consent may be revoked at any time by contacting the Data Controllers at the email addresses indicated or using the methods indicated by the tools used for the processing.

We also remind you of the right to apply to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, in Italy represented by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it).
